So if this is the wrong forum then I apologize.
I seem to remember a "clip request" section in the past but it doesn't show up on my screen now.
Anyway, there is a clip of a woman in bondage, in like a cube type of a thing, and she's wearing black nylons and she's tied in more or less a hogtie in a suspended position inside this "cube." It's a rectangular cube and her ankles are secured to 2 of the corners and her hands are tied behind her back.
I think she's blindfolded.
But the dialogue goes something like this:
"The good thing about feet is you can tickle them..." And that woman removes her shoes while the ticklee says;
"No, no, no, no, no,......"
"Yes yes yes yes...." And as the tickler says this she rakes the long heel of the ticklees shoes over her soles, but then at the end the tickler rakes her nails over the stocking soles.
Then the ticklee sort of panics and says "No, no, no, no I hate my FEET BEING TICKLED!!" As the tickler rakes her nails over her soles.
Then the tickler holds her fingers hovering over the ticklees soles, and every now and then rakes them over, making the ticklee laugh, then waits for her to stop laughing with her nails hovering over, then does it again, and this happens 3-4 times.
Then the clip ends.
So that's the best description I can come up with, and if anyone has seen it, tell me where I can find it again!
