clip dont know the name

this was posted last year, it was 2 black and white clips of a old movie about a secret agent holding and tickling the feet of a girl, with a feather. anyone knows the name?

also, if you can, anyone have the 4 lily clips from rocking's last update? my kids erased them off my computer?(the one from pit of torture, the spy stocks scene, and the last 2 were her soles getting licked)
