Clip I've been wondering about for some time

I remember a long time ago I saw this clip involving this girl (she was heavy set) tied to an exercise thign and she was getting armpit tickled by another woman. Well this girl was accusing her of taking drugs. Well during this tickling she stopped and the one being tickled told the other she was trying to find a job, she was called a liar and the tickling continued. At one point the girl being tickled tried to bite the other girls hands. Anyways the clip is short, but I would still like to find it again. If someone knows where I can buy it that would be better.
