Clip-viewing pro tip of the day for producers

Memo to clip makers: Please tell your ticklees to stop looking straight into the camera. It kills the entire scene's vibe, as it would seem someone who is genuinely ticklish would not be trying to look into any camera, or at the director for direction. Also destroys the suspension of disbelief, i.e., it reminds the viewer that this is a film set, which a clip viewer likely doesn't want on his/her mind's front burner while screening a fetish clip. This is a cardinal rule in Hollywood (outside of intentional character asides to the viewer, e.g., "Ferris Bueller" or "Gidget.") and the same goes for our own little Ha-Ha Land.

I don't give any direction, so some end up looking into the camera because their default model training is to "find the lens". When I edit later on, I get a kick out of it, because generally what happens is, after a few moments, they become much more concerned with the tickling than finding the lens. By the end they don't give af about looking into the camera.
