Clips 4 Sale issue

I have uploaded 4 video clips into my store, but for some reason the images from the vids are not displaying, and it matters not, how many times I re up-load the videos and images.

I appear to be the only person suffering from this issue, yet C4S has no way for me to contact customer support (or none that I could see)

Has anybody else found this to be an issue?
