The clips from the clips section and previews section should be operational now. Like I mentioned in previous posts I failed to realize that my trial period for the ftp server program was going to end so soon. So we have gotten the full license, and I can already see 20 users connected in just under 1 minute of restart.

No reason that it shouldn't, there are several connected right now. Sorry, don't know why it wouldn't work for you.
