I love cartoons getting tickled its weird I just do if anyone can posts some cartoon tickling clips I would be much obliged.

I don't have it, but I remember an episode of Teenage Mutant Hero turtles where April O'Neil was tied to a chair and had a bare foot tickled to get information out of her. Maybe you could ask around about it?
