The reason why they're in zip format is so they can post a file larger than 1mb. That is the limit set for the forums, and it is set to keep costs down for me since no one else pays for the site...
But more power to someone if they can find the clip, and compress it in .wmv format to under 1mb. 🙂 There are free sites that you can upload files to and link them here, just follow this link and pick a few:

Just keep these in mind when looking for a free host:
1) The file size limit.
- If it is under 1mb...then what's the point? Just upload it here.
2) Hotlinking Status
- Some sites don't allow you to directly link files from their servers to somewhere else. In that case, make a page for the file and that should comply with their TOS.
3) Is adult content allowed?
- I am not supporting this idea, but if you just wanted to host a file or two, I'm sure some of those non-adult free hosts wouldn't notice...
