Has anyone been experiencing problems with the customer service at clips4sale?
Up to last week I never had a problem with them. Occasionally a download would fail or something would go wrong, I'd write an e-mail and they answered within hours and fixed it.
Last week I bought a clip from a fairly new site called "Best Ticklish Europe Girls" and one of the clips was clearly faulty, playing intermittently, the sound not synchronised and so on. I wrote in and heard nothing, re-sent the mails, sent mails to the Ticklish Europe site, and have to date heard not a thing from either, despite writing about 6 times.
Has anyone made experiences like this?
Seems to me that clips4sale is getting a bigger and bigger share of the market, with sites that have long sold clips through their own channels now opening their major outlets there.
What can we expect into the future??
