How much does this involve us? Say for example I want to do a adultnapping fantasy... with genital tickling. With this rule below... does that mean I can't have a person fully bound? (I understand genital tickling is a sexual activity. But I'm still asking to be sure.) And if I did JUST tickling only.. is it ok to have them fully bound?
