ive been having the same problem for the past couple of days, and havent gotten a reply to my email to C4S.com's customer service...

just curious, are you using any kind of router for your PC's internet connection, or are you using only the modem?

I can connect when i use my modem straight to the computer, but i cant connect if im using my Linksys router 😵

i am using a linksys router, but it has worked before with it, just all of a sudden it stopped...

EXACTLY my problem!!!

im using a linksys router too, and it worked fine for a while too....it just randomly stopped working over the past couple of days...

it works fine if you bypass the router and go straight from the modem, but it wont work with the router 🙁

still waitin for a reply from C4S...

have you tried empting your browser cache and cookies. This sometimes helps. The site works fine for me.

it actually started working fine for me again sometime last night

i completely forgot to try clearing the cache and cookies

but at least it works now haha

Try shutting down (TEMPORARILY) any software firewalls you have running on your machine.
