I'm sure that there are some good stories in this department.
As usual, I'll start it off:
This happened last semester. We were in the student union and there was a jewelry stand open for buying various items for Christmas presents. I was there with two girls and one of them just had a birthday. So she wanted a necklace there but she had no money, so she was begging me and everyone else for money. I agreed to lend her some money, but she had to agree to let me tickle her belly, which she express dear hatred for. But, she was desperate for money and I was the only holdout. I instructed her to lay on the couch with her shirt rolled up and her hands over her head. I started with light strokes across her belly. She tried to muffle her laughter, but was unable to contain herself when I started massaging her tummy. Everyone in the building could hear her laughter. Things came to an abrupt end when she got up and left.
