College tickles

Maybe this belongs in the stories section, but I'll put it here for now. As I've told most of you, I'm attending Ole Miss now, and my orientation was just a few days ago. I'm staying in what they call a suite, four two person bedrooms, and a larger lounge area, here on campus, me and seven other girls. After orientation, all of us were in one girl's room (Her name is Annie) Anyway, we were all sitting around, chatting, most of us barefoot, when, out of the blue, Annie grabbed, I think her roommate's, foot, and asked "Are you ticklish?" while running her fingers on the sole of the girl's foot! Well, she squealed and giggled, at which point I giggled. Annie then looked at me and said "How about you?" giving me a quick spider tickle on the sole of MY foot! Needless to say, I fell back, laughing. Tracy seemed quite amusd by this. I ran into Annie the next day, and said "Hey, what was that tickle for?" She smiled at me and said "You wanna make something of it?" Asking for it, or what? I started tickling her ribs. now it was HER turn to giggle! She doubled over, and ran away. Later, my roommate, Judy, asked me "Did you REALLY tickle Annie? Boy are you in for it!" I aked her what she meant, and Judy proceeded to tell me about Annie's facination with tickling (They had gone to high school together) and how no one got the upper hand, or last tickle, with her. I actually got dizzy! Judy offered to help if Annie got to be too much for me. I told her I could probably handle it, and she told me I didn't know Annie very well. "Just beware coming out of the shower." was all she would say. I think I'll be taking quite a few showers in the future!

I think I may have to let Annie "Accidentaly" catch me at this site!

I miss college...sigh. Sounds like the exact setup we had at UB regarding lounges and 4 rooms adjacent. I'd wish you luck, but I have a feeling you already have had a bit! Running into a fellow Tkphile in a cozy social setup like that is rare indeed! Have fun... 😛 Q

You lucky girl!!!! Well, in a way. I don't think I'd want anybody to see me coming out of the shower but THAT'S another thread. I can say my college is not anything like that since I'm on a commuter campus but people are starting to open up since I did.

Sorry, as an LSU alum - it is my duty to start off by saying this before exchanging in communication with someone who goes to Oxford . . . Mississippi.

I guess that line would fit . . . seeing as how I've only experienced tiny shreds of what you just described, Tiffany.

Honestly, what are the odds of 2 girls (and roommates at that) being ticklebunnies ??

You say you're just starting. What a way to start college !! I guess cool chicks do go to Ole Miss. Don't be offended - it's the nature of the rivalry.

I lived in a similar arrangement at college, but with 12 rooms connected to a commons area (2 floors, but all one self-contained unit). The major difference was, there was me and my roommate, two other guys upstairs... and the rest were all girls. (Not my doing. They just assigned it that way. Four bathrooms, three of them women's.)

Not all the rooms were full, but I think there were about 18 girls, and four guys.

I'm afraid I didn't get to participate in any tickling, but I witnessed a fair among amongst the gals. I always kept an eye (and an ear) out for it. I can think of at least three relatively major occasions. Once, one of the girls just started "testing" several others to see if their bellies were ticklish. The results were mostly threats, but it was fun to see anyway. Then there was a cute shy girl upstairs whose roommate discovered her feet (in sandals) were ticklish, and spent several minutes sneaking in pokes, eliciting a lot of giggles.

The best time involved a girl I really had a crush on. I heard lots of giggles from my room (thin walls), went out in the commons area -- and found her with her feet up on a couch, with another girl going at her feet, which were in little white socks. The tickler was grinning evilly, making a lot of remarks about the other girl's ticklishness. I watched as avidly as I could without being too obvious. The girl was making a little mock-pouty whine between giggles, but she didn't try and pull her feet away... 😉

Ah memories... and blown opportunities... 🙄

Yup....WAYYYY back before the Amherst Campus was built. I remember transferring to Governors Dorm over there...I believe I lived in Clinton most of the time, but there was a bit of partying going on, so can't swear to it...lol. I'm guessing sis is into nursing? Q

Well Tiffany, I graduated Ole Miss in 95, and leaving there was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I am sure that your time there will be just as enjoyable. Also, wanted to post because I can't ever remember seeing someone from Mississippi making tickling posts. Anyway, good luck and I look forward to hearing more stories from you. I take it you went thru rush, how did it go? You will also have to fill me in on what's happening in Oxford now, what are the bars to go to and is the Gin still happening? I was there just over a year ago for a football game and was shocked to see that the Hoka had closed down...

So as to stay on topic,...

When I was in college, I had a roomie who was all about feet. We had so many pics of our feet! Propped on walls...on each other...in new shoes, you name it. Somewhere in her collection is a picture of our feet propped in the bell of a sousaphone! Now THAT was a good one. LOL~!

She encouraged me to wear more foot-exposing shoewear, and I tickled the bejesus outta her! It was a good match. Odd little things were the norm though...I woke more than one morning with toenails having been the victim of a blotched neon green paint job! Once she had my date tie me up then begged him to leave...she never did follow through with anything but a few tickles that one time, but always threatened to "get even" with me. No worries though, as I tickled her enough tomake it worth while.

*sigh* It's memories like this that make me miss college! Thanks for letting them resurface.
