Combinding tow or more pic into one

First of all, I apologize if I did something wrong, and I will remove it if any moderator thinks it's illegal.

For sometime, I noticed some art that wasn't original, and I guess you can say it was either strange or not. But for some reason, I want to know how someone were able to put more than one arts (or pics) together. Any ideas?

It's called a collage. Pretty easy to put together with Photoshop or most other photoediting programs.
