William had just experienced the worst possible series of events he could imagine. To make matters worse, Andy took advantage of Helen revealing the most cherished part of Will's body, his feet, and tickled them in order to get Will to sign a career ending resignation as well as a recommendation for Andy to take over his position. Now all Will could do is remain vulnerable and locked up while waiting for Andy to execute the next phases of his plan that would likely further embarrass William and ruin the rest of his life.
Andy started by having Helen send an email from Will's iPad informing the senior partners that he would be out for a while as he was dealing with a family emergency. Then Andy scanned and emailed the recommendation letter to the firm's senior partners and received a reply almost immediately claiming that with that kind of glowing recommendation they'd love to meet him and suggested dinner next week. Andy requested why not that same night and all the partners agreed as they did not have to work the next day. With this news Andy goes to inform the still helpless William who has accepted that he is in the often tickling hands of Andy. Will is not thrilled by the news but the worse news is Andy claims he doesn't want William to forget his loyalty while Andy is gone, and watches as Andy set up what resembles a mobile you might find above a crib. However, this mobile has feathers attached and are lowered down to Will's torso. Andy discovers that the partners are using the dinner as a sort of informal interview and Andy, with his newfound confidence, is acing it and becoming quick friends with the partners. Near the end of the night they mention that Andy is the perfect candidate but do not have any available senior partner positions at the moment. But would love to bring him on as a junior partner and as soon as a spot is available, or it makes sense they will promote him. Thrilled with this deal, Andy accepts and inquiries about the final partner, William, that he heard about. The other partners: John, Ken, and Matt all immediately bash on William to Andy's surprise. They mentioned how the only reason they promoted him is because his father started the company and how they are quite jealous of him and despise his constant attitude around the office. After this venting went on for a while, Andy joked if only there was a way they could put him in his place, and the partners all agreed.
With this new job and information in his head, Andy went back to the cabin and relieved the begging William of his newest torture device. He then wasted no time getting Helen to send in William's resignation, saying he couldn't return to work and he hated everyone there anyway and he'd been intentionally sabotaging the company. This was the final straw and when Andy went in the next morning he saw the partners had read the letter and heard the voicemail. They were furious but congratulated Andy as they could now promote him. He insisted they celebrate that evening with more drinks at his place.
Later that evening the partners were thoroughly drunk at Andy's place and got into a discussion about how much they hated William. Andy jokingly asked if they could get revenge on him for being such an asshole would they, to which they all enthusiastically responded that they would. Andy then showed them a couple pictures of William's current predicament and a video as well showing how ticklish William was.
