I have no idea who these people are or what they're doing. I'm posting it mostly because the girl reminds me uncannily of irishgirl5 🙂
 
I think this is a clip from a UK show where they do Fear Factor type stunts....in this one the guy is getting an insect (looks like those giant cockroaches) off of her foot. I believe we had a similar clip at tickletown from the same show, but this one involved an insect in the arm pit of a light skinned complexioned woman.
