Since this isnt a forum application situation, I figured I'd post it in General Discussion in hopes of obtaining advice.
When I came home from the hospital yesterday, my computer had been off since Friday night, for the greater part of four days.
While the computer thankfully seems to be working, something happened that I dont understand.
I have a big question mark symbol in a blue circle on the bottom of my taskbar, which says HP Support Assistant,. This question mark symbol application was not there, when I last used the computer, before I was taken to the hospital.
I clicked on the box, and tried to follow the instructions, but it doesnt seem to be letting me.
So, I guess my question is : Do any forum members know what HP Support Assistant is, how does it work, and how do I get it to work, and follow the directions it appears to be intended to, when all it seems to do is freeze, do nothing, and not follow its seemingly intended instructions as I try to go through the steps?
