Congratulations to Josh Beckett, who threw a no-hit, shutout victory in Philadelphia yesterday for the Dodgers!
His pitching line was:
IP 9
H 0
R 0
ER 0
BB 3
SO 6

It was the 21st no-hitter for the Dodgers, which is the most of any major league team.
Yet it was the first since Hideo Nomo no-hit the Rockies (in Coors Field!) in 1996.

Four of those 21 no-hitters, of course, were by the incomparable

I heard about this while at the Mets game yesterday. Congratulations to Josh Beckett. mils, I'm sure that for you, the no hitter was especially sweet, because Beckett pitches for your favorite team, the Dodgers.
