Hope your planning will be a smooth and not a hectic process... advice wise-make sure you book the church and book the reception site very early as early as you can manage it, research, research, research-don't settle on one idea right away for a theme or idea to bring the wedding and reception together-give yourself plenty of a few options that you like and then go from there-another thing pick your wedding party very carefully and like it was said pick your bridesmaid dresses very carefully-select them on how flattering and nice they will make your bridemaids look-some ideas-match is not so much in anymore, you could pick a few different styles and colors for your bridesmaid dresses. Best advice I can give is: stick to your guns-meaning be flexible and kind and understanding w your bridesmaids and wedding party; give a few options on bridesmaid dresses but not too many options-be firm on what you want and what you would not want. If bridesmaids step out of line kindly but firmly steer them back-let them know that is not what you want-not in a bridezilla way, but kind firm way.
