No titles for 86 years, now three World Series wins in ten seasons.

I'd say the Curse of the Bambino is definitely broken. Congratulations to the Red Sox and their fans.

I saw the whole game with my family and we celebrated history in the making. That was an intense game though. Had Cardinals gotten hits in key situations, they may have forced a Game 7, but Lester dominated.

My Redbirds just couldn't carry on the momentum into the Fall Classic. This could have gone either way, but the pick off in Game 4 was the turning point. Nice to see Boston celebrate in the great Fenway Park. Baseball is better for these two excellent franchises.

The Cardinals have had a good run in the past three years. They better keep Beltran. The Cards fell short, but I do not miss Albert Whats-his-name.

I was born in Boston and lived there for 42 years before my wife and I moved to Arizona and my favorite teams have always been the Bruins and Red Sox and hearing time and time again Wait until next year was getting old very fast. Thankfully in 2004 and 2007 the Red Sox had won the World Series the Bruins won the Stanley Cup in 2011 and now the Red Sox again last night I never expected my two favorite teams winning four championships in in 9 years. Not many cities have achieved it but its a great feeling when it happens
