Somehow I suspect we haven't seen the last of him in the octagon. Love him or loathe him, he's clearly still one of the biggest, if not the biggest draw, in the UFC, and although he has other interests outside of the sport, I'd be very, very surprised if he doesn't return. The Mayweather boxing fight of 2017 was an absolute joke, and the shock defeat to he suffered to Nurmagomedov last year needs a sequel! I don't think you can say that McGregor is past his best as a fighter, either. Nowhere near it, in fact.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Dana White is already planning ahead for his comeback fight.
