If one's attention needs not be absorbed by trying to keep a ticklee helpless, then one can be a much more effective tickler. That's where these kinds of devices come in handy. Escape is generally not an option available to the 'lee.
Some of these are certainly inspired by the master of devilish imobilizing devices, Dave2112.
Not a glass 'box', but similar.
