I have a mp4 file and I need it in wma if anyone can do I plz tell me

Go to http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/ and get the free Media Coder.

It requires some understanding of video codecs, but can get the job done.

There is also an online media converter I've had pretty good luck with - no software download.

It takes a little longer, but it has a good menu. It sounds like mp4 to wma would be video to audio......that I know nothing about. If you want video to video conversion, I recomend mpeg-1 over the wmv choice, though.......works better with that converter for some odd reason.

Can be a bit quirky at times but if the media is good and you set it right it does it's job.

.wmv?

Yeah, make sure you want .wma (Windows Media Audio) and not .wmv (Windows Media Video). If you want a .wmv, you can just get a demo of pretty much any video editing software (Vegas is at http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/vegasfamily.asp), drop the file you want converted onto the timeline, and render to whatever format you like.
