Three female scientists are hard at work on a new skin-lotion that will permanently render tough feet soft as silk.
Unfortunately, it has a side-effect: it tickles! Not just a quick giggle's worth, either; the stuff drives all the gals' test subjects wild with laughter. Desperate, our villains lure a trio of naïve girls to their lab under the guise of a "Miss Barefoot" contest. Soon they realize that out-and-out tickle-torture is more fun than dusty old science, as they cover their victims’ bare tootsies with tickle-lotion. Fortunately, there's a lady out there who takes a very dim view of the abuse of tickling and is determined to rescue these ladies...her name is Coochie Cougar! Of course, Coochie sometimes needs a little rescuing herself...
With plenty of hot victims and villainesses (and sometimes it's hard to determine who's who), this latest COOCHIE will tickle you to death!
