OK, for those of you having difficulty with the rocking's clips (there are quite a few of you) I have prepared this quick and easy guide. Treat it step by step for the best results.
1) Haul ass over to www.gozilla.com and download the latest version of Go!Zilla. Install and check that it works. I believe that it's shareware but correct me if I'm wrong (i.e. it should work but you get a few ads and nags). If you don't want GoZilla, try www.download.com and find another download manager.
2) Most managers have a LEECH function, but GoZilla does at any rate. Click the Leech command and you get a window up.
3) There is a box at the top to type stuff into. For the_rocking's FTP, type in:
ftp://therocking:[email protected]/vault
and whack 'Leech'. Now, depending on several factors (time of day, etc) this may or may not work. In GoZilla, lower the "Wait Speed" and raise the value for "Time Out". It will try and log you in every few seconds.
4) Now, eventually you will get in. The files the_rocking has very kindly put up (thanks rocking!) appear in the left box. Click on add all and then click OK.
5) The new files appear in the download manager (the table like thing in GoZilla's main window). Click on the name to start the download.
This is the alternative to using your browser to download the files, and IMO it gets easier as you do it more often, and is much less frustrating.
Hope this stops everyone complaining and moaning that it won't work! 🙂
