Cosmo, March '03

Ok, this may go under general discussion, I'm not sure, but did anyone buy the March '03 issue of Cosmo? On page 94 there is some sort of string for giving yourself pedicures with that looks like it would be a deadly toy. According to the shopping page, you can buy it from Benefits. Theres also a product called kerasal; which also looks fun. There is no page number for it, though, its on a page of ads.

I have that issue...

What it is, is some type of cord you use to tie your toes apart. It's supposed to better then the usual pedicure foam thingys. They describe how to tie it. I think any stretchy piece of cord would work.
