it begins with that a guy gets trown out his appertment because he doesn't pay rent
so prue goes to meet him and she thinks he's a caveman but he realy is a demon
the demon was cursed so he cursed prue with it and now she can feel everyones emotion and she feels that cole and phoebe are fallin in love. after that you see phoebe and cole in bed and he tickles her
for fun

prue doesn't feel the tickling only phoebe
but in another scene there was a woman at the dentist and she gets laughgas
and suddendly prue feels the laughgas to and she laughs too
