Here's a couple of finds from the online comic "The Princess Planet." The first is one of the princesses tickling a monster that was attacking her castle. The second is just a mention of the word "ticklish."

Just to warn you though, that's the only two instances of tickling I've found so far. The comic is a bit campy, but it does have some pretty funny strips throughout. Enjoy!
