Caught this clip on Nickelodeon:-

If you (like myself) dont like f/m tickling dont bother reading this!

Skeeter & his cousin are payed to babysit a 10 year old girl and are given the strict orders not to let her have any fizzy drinks.

After her mum leaves she throws a net over one of the boys and proceeds too take his shoe & sock off demanding to know where the drinks are whilst waving a pink feather! When Skeeter doesnt respond she tickles the boys foot with the pink feather whilst the boy rolls around in laughter. Quite short clip that didnt interest me at all.
