I have had a problem only once from ordering with Paradise Vision. In fact they informed me of the error and that it was being corrected.
I would suggest sending an email regarding any discrepency in the bill. If after a week you have not heard back send a second email. On the second email and the second week then send a letter. If after 30 days it hasn't been resolved contact your credit card company and inform them of the discrepency.
This will be credited in the form of a "charge back."
However, use the phone number and email address provided on the site to try and resolve things first.
If there is a billing error they will most likely make the correction without any problem.
