Pardon my ignorance of such things but I'm fairly certain that this is from some incarnation of Tenchi. I rather liked that show but I never see it anymore. 🙁

Japanese with English subtitles. Way cool if you ask me. I like having the original audio.

Ahh yes, that scene. Quite the cute little scene. ^_^ Actually that isn't QUITE Tenchi, Nessie. That, from what I've gathered, is a spin-off using a character from Tenchi (Sasami, who you see in this clip) in a different series. I believe it was Magical Girl Pretty Sammy. Anyway, there was actually ANOTHER tickle scene from that episode, lemme go see if I can get it up...

The first one has her in a cube of some kind and tickled with a hand. The second one has her in an elevator and tickled by some kind of tendril-type thing.

Just Pretty Sammy, Jay. It's bundled with the Mihoshi Special. However, there is also "Magical Project S," a much longer version, with 26 episodes compared to Pretty Sammy's 3. They both star Sasami as Magical Girl, Pretty Sammy, also spotted in a single Tenchi Universe episode. I am unsure which of these contains the scenes.
