This is a show on the WE channel. Basically it is about spoiled rotten daughters and the fathers that spoil them to much...Anyhow they had a family called the Uratas and how they were trying to monopolize their fathers time so he would forget his girlfriend. There was a short tickling part where the Father tickled his girlfriend in the begining of the show. Here are a few fuzzy caps and one vid in 2 formats..the avi one is way better in my opinion.
