I am so disgusted right now with Jacksonville's management... I was hoping against hope that they would throw Manning a bone so that he could tutor Gabbert in the ways of preparation and conduct. I know Manning probably would never have considered it but at least show the fans you are trying.

Then Tebow becomes available. Tebow is not the second coming but he is from Jacksonville, could provide steady competition with Gabbert and most importantly would attract many more fans to attend the games (Jacksonville hardly/never sells out and is in danger of being moved).

It feels like they are already goners and are going through the motions until another city is ready for them.

On a slight positive note however... I live a lot closer to L.A. than Florida.

You don't pay a tutor as much as they would have had to fork over for Manning.

Its a shame because they have the most underrated player in the league in MJD. In any decent sized market, Drew would be a superstar. I still remember how he tore up my Ravens on MNF earlier this year, when the Baltimore's O forgot to set the alarm and didn't wake up until the 3rd quarter. Next to losing the AFC Championship, it was clearly the low point of the season. But Maurice is da man! Too bad he doesn't have much talent around him. As soon as LA builds a decent stadium, the Jags are probably on the next flight out west.
