Sandrine Mara (the wealthiest person in Omega1 (The Last City) comes to Lords HQ to meet Lord Darke on a matter of business, It does not go well and he unexpectedly shrinks her and puts her in a cabinet drawer for a time-out cooling off period.

Kai Zat is of the order of Kurat, a secretive order (who never show their face) raised apart from civilization for the purpouse of serving the Lords in covert ops. Kai is working out with mechs. Kai's grown frustrated that she's still sidelined for covert missions. Despite all of her training and skill, her psych eval labels her as “Unfinished”. Lord Darke wants to send Kai on a covert mission to Shaeva, but won't until she's been cleared by Maiya. Maiya comes by as Kai is finishing her workout and tells her that she's never going to be ready for covert missions without undergoing the ticklish mental stresser.
Kai is strapped down to the bondage table and Maiya tries to get Kai to beg for mercy. Kai tries to hold out. If Kai fails, she must help Maiya find pleasure and serve as her tickle slave until Maiya deems her ready for covert missions.
Lately, Nurse Rage seems to be spinning out of control. First she electrocutes Bala Wan, sending her intensive care. She then assaults two security officers, nearly killing one. Lord Darke has now mandated that she undergo therapy sessions with Keiko Tomi (code named "<b>Illusion"</b>). This of course really pisses off Rage. But she has no choice.
Mindful or Rage's incredible energy powers, she praises and soothes her before illusioning her into a knockout slumber. Nurse Rage wakes up to find she is strapped down and in a straitjacket. She freaks out at being so out of control and at the mercy of Keiko. Rage's violent and vulgar tongue does not impress the therapist who illusions her into being gagged. OMG! Rage loses it even more that this therapist bitch gagged her without even touching her. And then Keiko settles down at Rage's feet, removes her shoes (to great protest) and tickles her trapped feet to much effect.

Once in the queen's bedroom, she finds her already asleep. She quietly ties the queen spread eagle to the bed and gags her good so she can't call for her guards.
Her mission to to gather vital intel from the queen. But she wants to savor the moment and find out just how ticklish a hot, bad-ass queen can really be. For once, Kai wants to have the upper hand on a social elite. She tickles Persephone all over her body and feet and is intoxicated by the power she feels. When she's had her fill of forcing the queen to thrash, writhe, laugh, jerk and buck like a wild animal, she removes her gag for the intel - and Persephone yell at the top of her lungs for her guards.
