I've really enjoyed various H.B.O. series but this is
the first time I felt really satisfied!

I havent' followed this series as closely as I would have liked, but that Molly Parker is adorable! From what I've seen so far, its been a pretty good show... I missed the last one though 🙁

I don't have HBO anymore so I haven't seen the series yet. It sounds really good. I hope each season becomes available on DVD, like Sex and the City.

Deadwood is a fascinating recreation of the real West. It's a real pleasure to watch - lots of great twists and turns. My favorite character (since Calamity Jane left camp): Al Swearengen. He just cracks me the hell up, even when he's killing people.

with a name like that how could he not swear!

The character development has the depth of a novel. You often
see Al reflect, perhaps to a time when he had heart. But
then he does things the way he knows he must- without
hesitation. I also miss Calamity Jane. She has the
disposition of many people I've known.
