BTW, how do you create and post a thumbnail?

I've been trying to figure that out and can't find anything here to do that.

I'm tired of attaching full size pictures and feeling guilty that people HAVE to see have them in their face. A thumbnail would be the best way to go. It gives people a quick look at what the picture is and the option to look at it closer if they so choose.
