...well according to Jim Rome, the Lions can't screw it up now going into Green Bay.

Unlike the Pats going 16-0 and losing the Super Bowl, the Lions have a chance to close out the year with at least the 0 intact...on the other end of the record.

Pretty much everyone in the area has long ago given up on the Lions. The home games are blacked out on tv and they can't sell enough tickets to have a decent crowd (go figure!). People here have stopped talking about them really.
I have never been into football, mainly because the Lions have sucked my whole life.

I want to see them go winless. If there's one organization who deserves this it's Detriot. I'm sick of seeing teams come close and then pulling out a win at the last possible second. Maybe their ownership will finally wake up.

I was stupid enough to bet on them yesterday. thought maybe they had just a bit of heart left for their last home game. boy was i wrong. i hope they lose the last week and go down as the worst team in NFL history.
