It's highly likely that nearly anyone would have this commonly found item, whether lying around in a drawer, or hanging on pegboard in the corner of the tool crib...
It's a used household paintbrush that you either didn't clean well enough or quickly enough, that still has dried paint remnants in the bristles...
I saw this brush and thought, "Hmmm... " so I grabbed it and slid off my flip flop - while standing, mind you - and crossed my ankle mid air over my knee and began to tickle lightly around the nether region of my right sole -- right above the heel where my crinkle-wrinkles are deepest and mostly permanent. I tell you no lies - I could not withstand 10 SECONDS of it, even doing it myself!!

I always thought this would be leathal! You would chuck it up in a reversible drill that has variable speed and rotate it slowly.
 
I think the old "reflections" series described something like this. Interesting, always good to invent and rediscover new tools and techniques.
