Did anyone see the battle of the Legends Smoltz vs Clements

Yah Clements got rocked gave up 5 Runs in 5 innings pitched (the runs came in the first 3 innings) where Smoltz only gave up 1 Run in a dominating 7 innings pitched

It just made my day to hear the silence from all the Smoltz critics and Clements junkies

Anyone else catch the game

Thank you, leaf, my good friend. Yes, Iam thrilled. Smoltz was great, Roger was off tonight. Series now tied 1-1 going to Houston. Braves needed to win this to avoid facing elimination. Now, they need to win at least one game in Houston this weekend to avoid another early exit in the playoffs. Next game is Sat at 730 ET. Tonight's game was great, if you're a Braves fan. Now, we fans get a day to rest, until 730 Saturday. Go Braves! LOL!

I didn't see it but I'm glad Smoltz beat the Rocket, even though I'm rooting for the Astros (because the Braves already have a championship). I know Clemens is one of the greatest pitchers ever but I haven't liked him ever since the 2000 World Series, when he threw a piece of shattered bat at Mike Piazza. And he also came out of retirement after changing his mind, so all the fans wasted their photos at his "last" game at Yankee Stadium.
