Digimon tickle request

There was a digimon tickle pic, a good while ago, with two or three of the destined tied up upside down with their heads in a pool of water, while the ghost digimon tickled their feet, and in the back ground was two digimon being tied captive. I can't remember who did the pic, and I thought it was Red-X, but it's not on his website and I can't seem to google the picture up. Anyone please help?
