Hello again! Been in the process of writing another story again, and so far have mustered this, a little bit of a teaser. I'd like opinions though, on whether or not I should keep going, and perhaps even some more clever ideas on tickling!

The tickling is brief in this teaser, but for those who enjoy the lore of League of Legends, you might find a reading treat in it too! Anyway...hope you enjoy and criticism and advice is appreciated and encouraged!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Within a secluded, hidden keep deep in the lands of Freljord, a rendevouz was taking place, two well known women of the League traversed the halls to chamber at the peak of the tower. As agreed, both came unarmed, entourages remaining outside as to not affect the delegations in anyway, completely leaving the two alone in the stone forged structure. The chamber was of decent size with ornate tapestries and drapes decorating the walls, looking like quite a regal place. As the two made themselves comfortable, one of them finally spoke out. "I'm glad you could set aside time to meet with me, Leona." The first had said, pulling down her gold and black hood, revealing a mane of unkempt snow white hair, likely kept that way because of the head covering. Her skin was nearly equally pale, and sporting a pair of ice blue eyes, Ashe the Frost Archer was no stranger to diplomacy, in fact she is well known for taking trips around Runeterra for these political ventures, and perhaps in a while, this was the first time she herself had hosted a guest within the borders of her own lands, the Freljord. "As the League strives to settle more pressing disputes, I can't help but believe their efforts are eventually going to be in vain. Peace among my people is only ever brief, and I feel allies from the outside should still be considered, especially with Noxus' small scale skirmishes against the barbarian tribes scattered throughout the lands here. And while the Noxians are still in a struggle for power with Demacia, I feel either of them taking too much control would only end badly for the entire continent. And this is why I extend this offer of allegiance to the Solari from the Freljordians. The more well known city-states are already forming lasting relationships with each other, and I'd be a fool otherwise to not try to do the same myself." She concluded with a pause, leaning back into her chair to allow the woman directly across from her to speak.
Awkwardly sitting across from the Queen in a similar chair, Leona the Radiant Dawn kept that air of confidence and held a look of complacency on her face, despite the challenge of sitting in her chair while donning an armored regalia. Once she adjusted the leather workings around her neck, as well as the ornate gold choker, she began to respond. "I come from a people where war and battle was considered a way of life, and that alliances were laughed upon. The Rakkor are imfamous for destroying countless legions of Demacian and Noxian forces, so you would be heralding to the correct person. But as I'm sure you know, I was nearly executed by my people, and I was quite ready to die for what I knew was right, before I was granted respite by a divine beam of sunfire from the sky. It was then that the sun chose it's rightful champion, and I was inducted into the Solari." Bringing up a hand, her golden gauntlet brushed away clutter strands of her long red hair from her face, but still keeping her confident disposition. "The Solari are a proud and religious people, worlds different than the Rakkorans they were founded from, and here is where I ask you, Queen Ashe of the Freljord, if you are willing to respect how we conduct ourselves in the ways of war. We're quite exclusive about who we decide to throw ourselves with, so to speak, but a word from me, the chosen of the sun, would go quite a way with the Solari elders in convincing them to ally with your people, and you'd be able to call upon me to represent the Freljord to settle disputes within the League of Legends. All that would require is a little convincing from your part." As the guardian finished her terms, both golden gauntleted hands upturned, and gestured back to the black and gold cladded woman. "So, your highness, I am listening."
Ashe was prepared for this since she sent the letter requesting the Dawn's audience, the Freljordian queen knew better than to expect a diplomatic arrangement of this sort to reach a favorable outcome so easily.
The snow haired pale woman stood up from her chair to seemingly pace about the chamber, leather boots clacking around the wooden floor. "I am more than ready to accept the traditions and ways of your people, as the sun is quite a welcomed sight around the frozen north, as seldom as it shows itself. I'd be lying of course, if I said we revere it to an extent as you, I don't believe there's a city-state on this continent that can say they do, and you can take my word on that; I've traveled far and wide. But let's not forget about you, Leona. A paragon of righteousness, a beacon of virtue. The archived tale of your fight in the Rite of Kor is proof enough, how you refused to execute your opponent once you bested him, even when threatened with your own execution itself. The sun chose you for these values, and we as a nation, we would be honored ourselves if you stood on guard for us as well." As she came to her point, Ashe found herself standing directly beside the seated Leona's chair, a look of hopefulness painted across her face, arms out to mirror the gesture the Rakkoran had given her.
The Dawn could only respond with a smile as the flattery was unloaded upon her, slowly reclining again in the chair, staring the snow-white haired woman down. "I'm pleased to see you learn as much as you can about the person you're going to console, Queen Ashe. However matters such as this can't be won over by mere grovelling, we're negotiating the solidarity of two very different groups of people. I'd like to know what you're made of, what you're capable of taking. Surely the leader of the people will reflect on her nation as a whole, wouldn't she? A stalwart queen should only be in charge of a stalwart nation, yes?"
For once it seemed, the Freljordian Queen felt she was unable to offer anything on the table to persuade the negotiation in her favor, outside downright begging, which of course any option would be more favorable than that, even scrapping the whole meeting. But never short on ideas, Ashe simply decided to let Leona take charge for now, lowering her hands on the arm of the Dawn's chair and leaning forward. "What it is you desire then, Leona? Name it, and if it's within my power, I'll see about granting it to you."
Leona's response came in the form of a grin, slowly bringing one of her arms back around, to lay it on top of Ashe's hand, twiddling her metal plated fingers over the Queen's, but the frost archer showed no real signs of being offended or even against it. "As I'd stated, your highness. I merely want to test you. To see how far you're willing to go to win this alliance for your people. There is not a shred of doubt the Solari would be solid allies. We're bred from the same people who kill Noxians and Demacians for sport after all."
The queen's ice blue eyes never left Leona's, keeping to her stern and authorative look, even as the Rakkoran's hand trailed up her arm, past her elbow to her exposed flesh uncovered by her ensemble. Even through the gauntlet, she could feel the heat radiating off her skin, such a warming and welcoming touch. She didn't even notice how her guest's hand veered off onto another course, going under her upper arm, until she felt a firm grip around it, and that arm was hefted into the air. "Agh! Leona! What is the meaning of-of-Ah Hey! What're you do-do-eheheheing! Ahahahaha! Ceehehehase! Cehehehehase!" Leona's other hand had already arrived, the pointed tips of her golden gauntlets teasing the exposed, soft flesh of Ashe's underarm. The Freljordian may have been known for agility and grace, but when it came to matching strength, Leona easily had her outclassed. She jerked and squirmed trying to free that arm, or to at least lower it to shield the sensitive area underneath it. "Ahahahahahahaaha!! Wh-whyahahahahaha! Why are you doing this?!"
Leona gave a low, melodic hum, easily drowned out by Ashe's frantic laughter, as her fingers continued to trace around Ashe's arm. "Testing your limits...your devotion. I'm afraid I don't know much about the Freljordians, and since combat between champions outside the League is forbidden, I'll need to settle for a non-violent way of measuring your resolve. Surely you understand.."
"Ahahaha! YES! YES! I do! Ahahahahaha! B-But please! Stahahahahahahaop! Stop at once!" The snow haired woman didn't actually expect Leona to listen, but the swift, twitching fingers beneath her arm stopped, the Rakkoran looking quite unimpressed for needing to do so. After a moments pause, for Ashe to catch her breath, the queen gave her brief explanation. "Ehe...if this was all you wished to prove myself, you should have said so. I'd be more than willing to accommodate you..to make your probings easier."
The red head stood up from her chair, gently gripping Ashe's forearm as she did and pulling her closer to herself. "I have much more fun springing it upon one unannounced. But if you're willing to give consent..." Slowly, she guided Ashe back down into the chair she'd just gotten up from, looking a little surprised herself how quickly the Freljordian took position. She lifted her arms up, and curling them back over the back rest of the chair, and even placed her legs upon the foot rest in front of her. It was here Leona had an idea to further take advantage of Ashe's willingness. Moving over to one of the hanging ornate drapes, she effortlessly tore it away from the hanging bar, and from there, she further flayed the velvet material, in long strips of red with gold trim, continuing this process until she had several of them. Returning then to the seated Ashe, she held up what she'd just made, coiling one end around her wrist and tugging at the other end with her opposite hand, to show Ashe the tautness. "Are you still sure you're willing to go so far for my allegiance?"
The response came quickly, in the form of a cool and confident nod. Perhaps Leona hadn't realized it yet, but there was very little Ashe wouldn't do in the name of her people and her country, and to the Queen, this was quite doable...or so she'd hoped. She's soon get to experience what it was Leona had planned, as she wrapped the first strip of sheared velvet around the leg of the chair, pulling it up taut all the way to the chair's arm, where Ashe's wrist was, and begin constricting it around that limb....
Finally, Ashe! But why so short of a story? D:
I really want to see this taken further. Lore-wise it's excellent, it would only make sense for Ashe to seek aid for her relatively young nation, and I like the inclusion of Leona, especially her little "test" to prove Ashe's worth in the alliance 😛. As far as criticism goes... (besides the fact that I want more :c) I think some of the dialogue felt awkward. When the two regarded each other's hardships, it could have felt a bit smoother, maybe speak less and reflect more? If the two are aware of each other, then it's only the readers that need informing, and that can easily be done without quotation marks.
Overall, excellent! I love Leona's coyness as a tickler. Please continue this :3
