Direct messages

When I click on "Postings" in my profile, it not only shows what I posted in the forum, but also my direct messages sent to other members, which I thought were private. Does this mean other members can see them? And how do I delete my direct messages? I can't find an option for that, thank you.

No, only you and the other participant in the direct message would see that.

You can't delete a DM, because it belongs also to the other participant. You can remove it from your own feed by clicking "leave" on the top right, or you can edit your own posts in it and remove the content that way.
