"Ross, confession, some of this was consulting small jobs . If you dont like what was offered, accepted, and done, of course as CEO, you can just veto anything you want and cancel the contacts we took on" Jack said.
"Guys, please give me until the end of the week to look all of this over. On Thursday or Friday the three of us will go out to lunch and will discuss and either finalize or I will discuss why I think it should not be done. If one or both of you have a legitimate argument or reason as to why you think I'm wrong, or we should proceed forth and or take on the consulting or I should approve the work, then just please tell me your reason, and I promise I will listen with an open mind" Ross said.
Jack smiled. "Nore than fair"
Ross went through his day, approving work, and such. Ross decided to go out to Shun Lee with Timothy. The men had a shockingly calm and productive lunch.
"Ross, Jack is a Godsend for RossShell. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jack and the account manager who Jack placed on my account. Now, you and I can actually have lunch as friends, and discuss our lives, and business, and if I have a proposal, we can discuss it, you can listen, we can figure it out, and then turn it over to Jack, and not get bogged down with it" Tim said.

As that week went along, Ross managed to approve all of the work which Vic and Jack had given him.
The amount of "Consulting work" which Jack was bringing in was amazing, thus not bogging down account managers with new projects and or accounts.
On Friday night, Ross did something to Kayley that he would live to severely regret.
Kayley had been still cranky about the problems with her adminstrative work.
Kayley might also have been, if not, jealous, then envious, about how happy Ross now seemed at RossShell with Jack, Vic and the company's new setup.
Ross now came home from work feeling blessed about Jack, Vic, Ross's company, and Ross's work.
There were still "Problems" as any company of RossShell';s size would always have.
Yet, it was a breeze, instead of the tornadoes and hurricanes that used to plague Ross at the office in the past.
Kayley's standoffish attitude all week, was beginning to irritate Ross to no end.
On Friday night, with the weekend coming up, Ross decided that he did not want to spend the weekend with a cranky partner.
So, he tried to playfully get Kayley out of it by grabbing her feet, pulling off her socks, and starting in.
"Give me those, VP! I have not seen your bare feet all fucking week! How about some foot service, some worship, some ladder favors, and the tickle torture!" Ross said.
Kayley pulled her feet angrily out of Ross's lap.
"Get out of here, Mister arrogant! You son of a bitch! How about.. the cold shoulder, no feet, and the guest room, until further notice, you Son Of A Bitch!" Kayley said, shouting, and slamming and locking the bedroom door.
Ross knew he had messed up, and gone too far.
While Ross could understand that maybe Kayley was going through a difficult period at work, Ross also suspected it was something else.
Ross wondered to himself, if maybe , Kayley was.. envious or even , jealous of the fact that since Jack joined RossShell, and with the new RossShell setup, if Kayley was .. jealous, and had nothing to "pick on " Ross about in regard to Ross obsessing about RossShell, and Ross making all the wrong moves in business.
Ross was truly dismayed, but when he began to think about the whole situation deeply, Ross was also, really, really furious.

"How in God';s name could Kayley feel that way, after she has seen the physical and emotional battering that her husband of 30 years has suffered because of RossShell?
Ross also hoped that Kayley would not, just for no other reason than to be an obstinate bitch, begin to refuse Ross's foot , tickling and other desires?
Was Kayley just in a bad period, or was it something much, much, deeper, that would affect Ross and Kayley's marriage, trust, and love life?
