Discovery Channel-the accidental tickle of plastic surgery patient

I was watching the Discovery Channel a few months ago. I don't remember what series it was (sorry) but it was about plastic surgery. Surprisingly, they show quite a bit of flesh--naked if I recall correctly. One black woman wasn't satisfied with the way her breasts looked so she wanted a boob job. The plastic surgeon took some kind of marker and marked the places he was going to lift during surgery and the woman let out a really silly sounding giggle. Neither one said anything, but it was obvious the woman was ticklish.

Gave me a boner.
