displaced tickling?

hi all
this is something that i get quite often really.
i just noticed it when my dog was licking my hands, i get these weird ticklish twinges in my toes and my lower back. the same thing happens when i get a haircut, it travels down my spine and twinges in my lower back and toes. its almost like being tickled there as well, anyone else get this happening?
or anything similar?

ya i've had that, whenever my cat headbutts me to rub her head i feel really ticklish and tingly. i dunno why that happens but its weird
