That's definitely her. In fact that video (Tickle Party) is listed in her works (including IMDb). I must say I heard from hard-to-please naysayers that Dita Von Teese isn't ticklish. Bollocks, she is genuinely ticklish, and all over too! Like all FM Concepts guy ticklers, they can't tickle feet at all. Have they not heard of light strokes? Should she ever make another video again, she should be left at the hands of real tickle veterans. She'll definitely break!
