DIY Bondage - PVC Spreader Bar

Most hotel rooms are not conducive to bondage. I've had to be somewhat imaginative when it comes to securing my 'lee, it was that kind of creative thinking that led me to build my own adjustable spreader bar.

The materials:
- (3) 2' lengths of 3/4" PVC pipe
- (2) screw-on end caps
- (5) male adapters
- (3) female adapters
- (2) 1/4" x 2" eyebolts with nuts
- PVC cement

Assembly:
1) I cut one of the pipes roughly in the center to give me (2) 2' pipes, and (2) 1' pipes. The cut edges were jagged but I only gave them a token cleaning.

2) I used a 1/2" bit to drill holes into the center of the end caps. I threaded the eyebolts through these holes and used needle nose pliers to tighten them with the nuts.

3) Opening the can of cement was a b****. I had to look up a video on how to open the can using the spongy handles of an adjustable wrench.
4) I applied the cement to the un-threaded insides of the adapters and to the ends of each pipe, working on one end of one pipe at a time, as the cement dries fast. It also drips, so I put a rag down to catch the drips and used another rag to clean off the excess cement.

When I was done, I had (2) 1' pipes with one male and one female end, (1) 2' pipe with one male end and one female end, and (1) 2' pipe with two male ends. This last pipe is my base pipe and will always have at least one of the end caps screwed on one end. With these different lengths of pipe, I can adjust the length of the bar from 2' to 6' in one foot increments.

I think I'll paint it black to make it look a bit more menacing, but I'm pretty happy with it as it is. The best part is, it breaks down into the individual pieces so it can fit into my gym bag full of restraints and toys.

Looks Very intricate. There's certainly some ingenuity involved in this design. In my case, I've found that tight rope under the bed works real well for keeping someone's limbs from flailing about. All you need to do from the get go is insure that they are at their widest possible stance. Using my homemade wrist and ankle straps.
