It is kind of hard to advise on this not knowing your experience level in a few matters but a couple of things you may not realize are. You can orgasm without ejaculating and a man will precum when excited. Neither of these things should diminish the experience if you have a sexual connection to the tickling. I also need contact to actually orgasm but if very excited and being tickled by my wife it does not take much at all to orgasm. Not sure if this was helpful but good luck.

I'm a female ler and I only tickle men. It sounds to me like you are not in a relationship with your ler so that makes a big difference. I don't know how well you know your ler but if you know him or her very well I'm sure they will like that you orgasm. If you worry too much you won't enjoy your experience. You must trust your ler to let them tickle you and if you trust them then you won't be embarrassed about your orgasm. It's not only you that it happens to and it's not a bad thing 🙂

I've had 2 experiences where I had an orgasm while being tickled.
The first time I was naked and tied with my legs spread apart. 2 girlfriends of mine were tickling me, one straddling my upper left leg, the other my upper right. They kept tickling my lower stomach and inner thighs near my crotch. It didn't take too long till I had an orgasm.
