No they don't tickle. I've used then when I had back pain.

I am bumping this thread because I have been wondering about Tens Units myself. Has anyone used one for tickling? They aren't terribly expensive. I found a video on Youtube that has really peaked my interest.

I've seen a clip where they use the tens unit on a girls feet and she's giggling and squirming but not going nuts or anything.

I have some muscle stimulators. They produce a little tickle sensation, and can feel good on your (my) nipples. But it's not something like a Sonicare.
