Do remote control ticklers work?

I wanted to know, having not experienced them myself, if remote control ticklers e.g the vibrating feathers really work as tickling devices.

I'd imagine so although never tried it personally. But since your not sure what a remote devise will do, I'd assume it would tickle pretty good.
